The thing I like the most about her is that she eats lots of butter and other fats, and yet she stays skinny!  There is hope in this world for those of us who love food, but don’t want it showing up in our waistlines.

She motivates us to make BIG changes in our health one step, one bite at a time.  How do you eat a whale?  One bite at a time. =]
