Healthy Snack

Favorite healthy snack these days?  Greek yogurt and grapes.  Yum!

I use organic grapes because they’re listed on the “Dirty Dozen” , pesticide contaminated produce:

  • Peaches
  • Apples
  • Sweet Bell Peppers
  • Celery
  • Nectarines
  • Strawberries
  • Cherries
  • Pears
  • Grapes (Imported)
  • Spinach
  • Lettuce
  • Potatoes

Basically, if you’re eating the skin, go organic.

    I’m in love with Greek yogurt!! I love to put granola, a bit of honey and either strawberries or blueberries 🙂

  2. I love Greek yogurt as a base for sauces and a substitute for mayonnaise in recipes like tuna sandwiches and cole slaw. Cuts so much fat, calories, and cholesterol. Gotta love it.
