Yummy Easy Avacado Salad

Yummy, easy Avacado Salad

The heat and ‘maters in the salsa combine flavors with the sweet, crisp grapes and, of course, avacados alway pair well with salsa.  Just throw in some crushed crackers for crunch, toss it all together with lettuce and you’ve got a big bowl of  Yum!

Avacado — mashed or cubes, whatever you prefer

Organic salsa  — I prefer Muir’s brand, but whatever you like.

Organic crackers — I love Mary’s Gone Crackers.  They’re gluten free seed crackers made with quinoa, sesame and flax seeds.  Yummy.  Crush up a handful or so, before tossing them on the salad.

Organic grapes — note: Any fruits or veggies that you eat with the skin on like apples, green peppers, celery, broccoli, cauliflower and lettuce, ought to be organic.  Why?  Because pesticides, etc, are stored in the skin.

Organic lettuce — or spinach.  The salad pictured above has red leaf.

Mix it up and enjoy.  It’s yummy, easy, nutritious and tasty.  What more could you ask for?!
