Skinny and Fit Salad Dressing

Easy: squeeze some lemon or grapefruit into a bowl

drizzle toasted sesame seed oil or olive oil (about 2 T or less)

dash in a bit of sea salt

add a crushed garlic clove.  Stir. Pour over salad.

Even Easier: squeeze, drizzle, dash and crush all the above right over the salad, stir.
